Columbia SC Mommy Blogger Tribe gathers monthly and February 29th, 2020 we gathered in Cayce, SC at Steel Hands Brewing. 

Well for not being a beer drinker I have to honesty say that Steel Hands Brewing impressed me. 6 out of the 11 of us Columbia SC Mommy Bloggers were able to gather and did a tasting each getting a flight of beers hand selected individually. I fell for the coffee and raspberry ales and my husband even liked them too! Speaking of husbands and children, a few of us brought ours and although its not the norm for our get togethers it worked out perfectly! Let’s be honest the dads watched the kids and we got to catch up LOL It’s the good life! But Steel Hands had live music outdoors and plenty of space for our kiddos to run around!

• Tanner took us on a tour in the back where all of the magic happens. They do not hold back on quality and you could tell! I was impressed that they have only been opened since December 2018 and they have made a huge impact in the area. Most bars and grocery stores sell their beer! They walked us through the brewing process and it blew my mind!

Food there isn’t vegan friendly since our family is vegan however I did enjoy the hummus plate. That would be the only negative feedback I have for this spot. They do offer brunch on Sundays but not Saturday when we attended but the ladies that ordered food said they enjoyed it!

We will definitely be back to do another get together at this spot but if you haven’t been yet then get your booty over there and enjoy some beer and LIVE music! Oh and they are pet friendly! (outdoors that is LOL)
